At Doodle Loft, we are committed to delivering your custom gifts with the utmost care and efficiency. Since all our products are made-to-order, we ask for a little patience while we craft your unique item! Below are the details regarding shipping and delivery.
Processing Time

Order Processing Time: All of our products are made-to-order, which means we begin processing your order once it's placed. The standard processing time is 2-7 business days depending on the product type and order volume.

Custom Products: As our items are custom-designed and made to order, the production process can take a little longer than standard orders. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us beforehand, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (USA): Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS and typically arrives within 3-10 business days.

International Shipping: For customers outside the United States, shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typically, international orders will arrive within 10-30 business days, but please note that delivery times can sometimes be affected by customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
For orders being delivered outside of the U.S., the standard processing time is 10-30 business days.
Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping rates for domestic orders. Shipping cost is estimated by product. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout for some of our products.

International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s journey. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For orders being shipped internationally, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply when the package arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding any charges that may apply to your shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to process and ship your order promptly, please be aware that unexpected delays can occur, especially during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays). If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via our CONTACT US page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that the carrier’s policy on lost or damaged goods will apply. We encourage you to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order to avoid issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
